BIOGRAPHY

Ismail moved from Jordan to the United States to pursue his IT education. He joined the team in 2020 after running a successful IT company in San Diego for 30 years helping a wide range of clients doing Design and implementing LAN/WAN hardware/software for client companies. Planned, designed, and installed cabling for LAN/WAN including patch panels, hubs, routers, and connectors. Support and train client companies in Novell and Microsoft Server System Administration. Act as Network Administrator for client companies under contract for these services. Support all DOS, Windows (3.1, 95, 98 Me, XP, 7,8, 10, and 11), NT, Novell, and Mac operating systems and application software running in these environments. High level of experience with Microsoft Office products. Build a network system for a Communications company. Manage network security tools like firewalls and VPN. Identify, troubleshoot, solve, and document network connectivity and performance issues. Monitor network performance and optimize the network for optimal speed and availability. Install, configure, and maintain network hardware. Deploy, configure, and upgrade network software, such as enterprise antivirus or diagnostics programs. Implement and maintain emergency backup and restore systems for mission-critical network servers.
